Information for Summer'04 program participants

Overview

The CIDER'04 summer program will be held at the KITP, in Kohn Hall, on the UCSB Campus.

It consists of two parts: a tutorial part (July 11-July 24th) and a workshop part (July 26th-Aug 6th). Please follow the links below for basic information on the logistics of this program

• What to Wear

It should be quite warm, but weather in Santa Barbara can be unpredictable, with fog coming in and out from the ocean, cooling the air significantly. The average summer temperature is 70 deg F. Make sure to bring summer clothes but also sweaters and a windbreaker jacket. Bring comfortable shoes as Kohn Hall is located 15mn walk from the dorms and dining halls.
