Note on Accommodations:
In order to take advantage of our negotiated rates, you should book your hote l room as soon as possible, as we only reserved 20 - 40 rooms per hotel. The ho tels will be releasing the unreserved rooms about 30 days before the first day o f the conference, or June 18, 2010. Please see the Logistics page for detailed information about lodging.
