In order to take advantage of our negotiated rates, you should book your hotel room as soon as possible, as we only reserved 20 - 40 rooms per hotel. The hotels will be releasing the unreserved rooms about 30 days before the first day of the conference, or June 18, 2010. Please see the Logistics page for detailed information about lodging.
